I feel that he was very knowledgeable and was giving us good advice on which aids to buy. I must say that I was a bit concerned when he told us the price, but did understand when he told us that there are cheaper units but as far as quality, nothing like the Phonak Audeo I90 - quality usually does not come cheap.

The audiologist took his time to examine the hearing aids I was currently using and was able to correct the problem I was having with my hearing aid. Also, the Audiologist, Angelo Darby, explained to me that I had features with my hearing aid that no one had previously told me about. The Audiologist then reprogrammed my hearing aids so I could take advantage of the technology that I had been previously unaware of. I must say I was very satisfied and pleased with the service that was provided.
