Dentist and tech told me that I had four cavities and a broken crown. I've never had a crown put in my mouth, and I requested my full records. Only x rays were sent despite asking again, and reaching out to a trusted dentist revealed I have no cavities whatsoever. The tech had even left a picture open on the monitor of a tooth with a large cavity in the middle and claimed it was mine. I inspected my own teeth with my own mirror tools and none of my teeth were so damaged at all. Everyone also kept trying to push me to think about closing the gaps in my teeth for no reason and trying to get in my head to consider "beauty treatments". The hygienist even suddenly said I had gingivitus the next day and said the side off my mouth that supposedly had all these cavities was healthier than the other, contradicting there dentist. So the staff knowingly worked together to rip me off for over a thousand dollars.

My first visit was 7/09/25 for a cleaning and x-rays. The facility, office staff, and doctor were all fantastic. All rooms i saw were exceptionally clean. All employees were very nice. Doctor was so nice, listened, reviewed every issue with me, answered all my questions, and took her time with me. I scheduled a follow up to have dental work completed due to being pleased with my first visit.
