  Every since this center been bought out by Kedplasma (for- Merely BPL and DCI Biologicals) the staff are liars by stating their going to do something and they don't. Bonnie one of the medical staff and the new center Director don't care about the donors by making up lies and excuses. Recently I was permanent deferred by this center doctor for having a diagnosis of Coronary Heart Disease because my primary care doctor medical assistant took it upon herself to "assume since I had heart disease because I'm taking blood pressure meds. There is no medical records that states i have 'Coronary Heart Disease' and (morgan) misdiagnosed my condition when the medical staff at this center wanted something from my primary care doctor why I was no longer taking blood pressure medicine. Then when I spoke to "Bonnie" on the phone about this misdiagnosis she kept arguing with me instead of listening to me my primary care doctor wasn't available that day and this student doctor made the mistake and didn't look at all my medical records. Bonnie lied to me stating she was going to v meet with the center doctor regarding my concerns because she wouldn't let me talk to the center director or give me the center doctor name. I have all my medical records including a new echo cardiagram test that "proves this is no heart disease and my heart is ok to donate plasma according to my primary care doctor. The medical staff including the old lady with white hair wouldn't let me talk to the director or allow me to bring my proof to the center doctor. The owner responded to my previous review claiming to contact the corporate office by this link. I made numerous complaints and was giving case # and states somebody will reach out to me regarding my experience at this plasma center. But nobody has since August 2025 when I was permanently deferred. This center is own and operated overseas. They don't have a direct line to speak with somebody in the corporate office. I even reached out to Dimitri the area regional director and he doesn't answer his phone. This clearly shows that this owner is a liar and his company doesn't follow federal guidelines in regulation of donating plasma

  It's a hit or miss if you walk out with a damn bruise on your arm. If you get a person that gets it correct the first time then stay with that person. Avoid at all cost, plenty of options besides this garbage place. Their bathroom has been broken for at least 3 months now.

  This was my third visit to KedPlasma. Ma. Gwen is a vein whisperer! She for me set up and positioned my arm so I’d be comfortable. And As usual Darnice, Tanner, Damani, Val Alicia, Chris, Sam and Steph are plasma-superstars! Oh and before coming in I got a voicemail feom Kedplasma offering me a $25.00 bonus and when I was unhooked, Alexis noted, I’d have the $100.00 plus the $25.00 bonus added so I wouldn’t have to speak to anyone else about it. Alexis only added the 100. But Steph immediately added the additional bonus with no issues! I appreciate how professional everyone is at this location. Excellent team! To other donors… if you want to have a nice experience while donating trying coming in with good energy. Staff will always make sure our health is the priority and will move us all along quickly! No reason to be rude or demanding. Kindness goes a long way.

  The front staff are great but lately back has been crazy like you sitting here waiting 30 mins or more just to get called then sit in seat for another 10 to 15 mins just have staff walking around moving slow like they are tired of there job and don’t want to be there if need some employees let me know I can definitely look out because the timing is outrageous I understand when busy but was not busy today once again just more like staff taken there sweet time or tired of working should not be that long (not first time donor)

  Today was my time at Kedplasma! Wonderful experience! Staff greeted me with a smile and like clockwork they worked together to get me through the New Donor process quickly! A special thanks to John for getting my vain on the First try because normally my vain is not easy to find. I also want to appreciate Damani, Val Alicia, Darnice, Chris, Sam and Steph. I recommend this location and this plasma donation company and hope everyone has a wonderful experience like I did. And to other donors, please be considerate and kind to the staff. Their intention is to move us along quickly, but also to keep us healthy and safe. If your health is not good they’re doing you a favor by saving your life. Go home get better and come back another time. Lastly, please bring your ID and your Social Security card. For example, a prescription as an ID is not acceptable or even reasonable to use in any government or medical office to verify your identity. let’s be good donors to the staff also they’re trying their best and we should also do the same.
