The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional particularly Val, she had the nastiest attitude of anyone in a customer facing role I’ve encountered in years. If you want to go to a decent plasma donation center where the people are friendly, helpful and welcoming, go to the BioLife on Waters Avenue. The staff there is absolutely amazing and the establishment is very clean. Avoid this place if you have any self respect. This place offers you none.

There’s another girl with curly hair and glasses she also screens people in the front she is also rude. You ask them something they have an attitude.

The vibe is very jovial and friendly and it ultimately creates a very welcoming environment. The phlebotomists level of confidence makes me feel very comfortable.
