I use to eat poorly was always dehydrated so I would spend 2 hours plus on the machine high pressuring. So when I'm int lobby waiting for what I would consider an extended period of time.i reflect back to those days and wonder how many people before me are going through some of the same issuses that I had experienced. The community must be allot more conscious of there health because the wait to get to the back has been cut dramatically
