Walked in today for the first time in 6 months. I was quickly reminded why I stopped going there. The store was empty and the employee behind the counter never stopped texting on his phone the whole time I was there. No greeting, no, "can I help you?" I eventually walked out and of course the guy never looked up. Great customer service!

IF I could give 0 stars I would. The worst shopping experience I have ever had EVER!!! First no one is there when I walked in. Then the sales clerk was very aggressive about requesting a phone number then wanted a different number then what I gave him which I had to say multiple times that I did not have another phone number. He did not like that and told me not to return to the store. WHICH I WONT BE and neither should anyone else if this is how they treat customers. And WHY did he need my phone number to purchase something in the store. HE NEVER EXPLAINED WHY HE WANTED IT. It is typically not a requirement to provide a phone number to purchase merchandise in stores. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE place. (04/3/21 @ 11:30am).

Customer service is terrible they don't have the slightest idea of what they're talking about in regards to supplements and vitamins. Also on several occasions I would head to the store an hour before closing time and the individual working their would lock the door and not even acknowledge I was standing outside. Truly abismal.

Great customer service, they always have buy one get the second 50% off, REALLY ORGANIZE
