  I wish I read the reviews before I visited this office. I am uninsured and was charged $170 for a 6-7 minute visit on March 16th 2026. I walked into the office at 8:01 a.m. and was cashed out by 8:10 a.m. All they did during that visit was tell me they would call me to reschedule my appointment because the doctor is on vacation. They didn't bother to tell me that before I came in. I am now just hearing from them a full week later and they're telling me they don't have any appointments for a few months. Absolute waste of time and money. Hopefully my credit card company will take care of this scam for me. If I could I'd give this place zero stars. They are clearly taking advantage of people. I'll be reporting this to the AG and BBB as well.

  Wonderful office staff, everyone is very professional and kind. Dr. Amy always addresses all if my concerns and explains everything very well. 10/10 Recommend this office!

  Absolutely zero stars. Make sure you call the office multiple times to confirm your appointments. And make sure you do their job for them and make sure they know they’re telling you the correct day for the appointment. Got to our appointment today and they said ohhhhh that’s next month. Sorry. And that was it. Told us to be on our way. Both wife and I took days off work for appointment. Unacceptable and unprofessional. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND

  Good luck trying to see a Dr. You'll only see a P.A. Was waiting to hear back about results after 2 weeks of not hearing anything I finally got a hold of someone and her exact word were "oh you were on my list I thought i called you" and good luck getting someone to answer. They will pick up the line and immediately put you on hold with out saying a word. I waited 10 minutes and no one came back to the line. Go to bay dermatology up the road. Much better service
