  My Son needed service today from Quest. We arrived about 2 PM and was informed that they don't accept walk-ins, only appointments. There was a patient waiting to be seen, but she was informed that her insurance wasn't accepted there! I asked since there was no other patients in the building could my Son have the ladies slot. The lab tech said no!!! We were there for at least 30 minutes, trying to find another Quest Lab. They could have did his test, there was no other patients waiting. This was unacceptable! No compassion, they act like they didn't want to work!!!

  This location appears to be Quest’s central lab and corporate office. It’s not a patient center. The nearest place to get your samples processed is on Bruce B Downs and Fletcher.

  I would give then 0 stars if that was possible. Their billing process is the worst in the industry and their phone support is a textbook answer even though your billing question doesn't fit one of their scripts. Avoid them like the plague.

  Horribe customer service. Ins forces me to use them they have billed me $600 for tests covered by BCBS. They will not refund me, help me, nothing. They told me to stop calling them!
