  The wait time was reasonable. The staff members are extremely friendly and made me feel comfortable despite my anxiety with needles. However, communication and accessibility are terrible. My first sample was unusable, but nobody contacted me or my doctor to inform either of us. When I didn't get my results after a week or so, I attempted to call, but was never able to speak to an actual person. The system just took me in circles. I also was not updated via the MyQuest portal and my attempts to contact someone for help there were also unsuccessful, including my attempts with the useless chat feature. When I asked my doctor to look into it, her office had the same issues, and advised that I physically go back to the location to speak to someone. So that's what I did. There is no receptionist or person of any kind in the lobby. You have to sign in at the kiosk and make an appointment just to ask a question. This is all extremely frustrating. Anyway, I did it (what choice did I have?) and the phlebotomist was able to access my records and explain that my first sample was unusable and I'd need to have another sample taken. Again, she and the other staff members had all been fantastic. And the results from my second drawing came back very quickly. But the communication, access to help or an actual person to speak with is terrible and really, really frustrating. I can't imagine what older people, or people with certain disabilities go through when they have to deal with this.

  Extremely unprofessional and incompetent. I strongly advise against coming here if you have small or difficult veins. The staff, failed multiple times to draw a simple blood sample, leaving my arm severely bruised and swollen (Hematomas). Not only did they cause me physical pain, but their lack of skill also caused me to miss my scheduled doctor’s appointment and wasted my entire day. Complete lack of expertise and clinical care
