  This location is always a great choice. It’s highly recommended to make an appointment, as they fill up quickly. The technicians/ phlebotomists who draw your blood are always incredibly friendly and efficient. They do their job exceptionally well. I won’t go to any other location for blood draws. Additionally, the results come back very quickly, which is a huge plus.

  Person performed a wrong blood work. How can you not input the correct order in the computer. It’s disheartening. It was a very important blood test that was specifically had to be done on that day, and the lady who did it messed up the codes. I had to take time off work, drive there, wait just to get a wrong blood work done. What a bizarre experience. Person who did that should not be working there. Unacceptable.

  The girl that took my blood was the NICEST and most delicate and caring young woman. Wish I would remember her name but too much on my mind. Hope I see her again, Thank you Young Lady for caring!!!!

  I go to Quest Carrollwood at 14831 for all my Lab works. They are always professional, punctual and organized. On 3/17/26 GABY did my Lab work and she was excellent. I did not even feel "the needle". Amazing job! Thank you GABY! My husband also get his Lab work with Quest and has the same great experiences all the time. We hope that the workers at Quest know that there are a lot of people that appreciate their skills. Thank you!

  The digital kiosk has an option to scan insurance card but most of the top companies stopped issuing physical cards. I tried to put my phone there and the machine didn't read it, and kicks you out. There is a locked glass door and nobody to help. Turns out I didn't even need my insurance card since I scheduled online. Also, the door on the way out says "Pull" but it's a push door. Person who took my blood was very polite and professional.
