Quest Diagnostics on 110 S Macdill Ave, Suite 202, Tampa, FL 33609 was awesome. I had an appointment for bloodwork at 6:10. I checked in on line at 6:03 in the parking lot and went inside. I didn’t even have time to sit down. My name was called and I was out by 6:16. Ida, the phlebotomist, was the best! She was very cheerful and made me feel at home. She really knew what she was doing and explained each step. Wonderful experience. Thanks Ida and Quest!

The appointment was for 6:20 am the doors opened promptly at 6 and I was checked in by 6:05. Shelly called me back and expertly took the blood samples and I was on my way by 6:15 am! The actual drawing of the blood was no more uncomfortable than a mosquito bite. Well done Quest.

Best experience I’ve ever had with a doctor. The scheduling was easy, they sent text reminders, and easy to cancel. I booked a 630an appointment bc I I don’t want to wait long. I checked in and realized they had a screen showing who was next and I was called in 5 mins of checking and it took 2 mins and out the door. Love it! Thanks guys!

I don’t like how every time I go I’m waiting extra. The place seems extremely under staffed especially the time I was there. I had an appointment at 10:30 and I was taken at 11. Someone working there said she was asked to come to this location because they were backed up. This is crazy! This is so ridiculous and unacceptable! When someone has an appointment, they should be called at their exact appointment time. Not wait 20-30 min extra! It felt like wining the lottery waiting on your name to be called. Totally unbelievable and I wish more people complain because something’s got to give and change! We need more people working when the demand of being seen is this high. There’s a disrespect of people’s time.
