Mike help me choosing my glasses and what a super nice and professional guy! It's so nice to have people doing their job and honestly helping you on your purchase and making you feel good! LensCrafters is very lucky to have him in their team! I left the store with two pairs of glasses and can't wait to pick them up. My husband also got his glasses with his assistance. Again thank you Mike.

Such a great experience in choose glass for me and my husband. Randy was excellent- he is knowledgeable, helpful, and HONEST. He was great and help choose which looked glasses looked best on us. The selections are awesome and our time with Cathy was just as good. She spent time making sure our glasses fit well and that we were taken care of even while busy. Thank you two. Silly pics included but wanted to include our new specs 👓🕶️

I’m honestly very disappointed with my experience at this LensCrafters location. The staff at the store have been polite and professional, but the process of getting my glasses has been extremely frustrating. I have now been waiting almost a full month for my glasses. For the past two weeks, I kept calling and was repeatedly told the same thing—that the glasses were “being shipped.” Today, they called me and was told that they actually placed a second order and are waiting to see which one arrives first. This means I may have to wait even longer, possibly another month. Waiting this long for a pair of glasses is unacceptable. Glasses are not a luxury item—they’re something people need for everyday life. While the staff have been kind, the lack of clear communication and the long delay have made this a very frustrating experience. I hope the store improves its process because customers should not have to wait this long for something as essential as prescription glasses.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
