Awful customer service. I went in to pickup glasses and they did not have the anti reflective coating I paid for. Brian insisted they did have anti glare and acted annoyed and inconvenienced I would ask because they didn’t appear to. I also felt the pupil distance was off and he wouldn’t remeasure my eye he just measured the distance on the order against the actual glasses and of course it matched. That was not the issue. I got home and compared to my other glass lenses with anti glare to the new ones and there was zero coating on these. I had to drive 30 min to another Lens crafters and the store manager immediately said they have no coating and remeasured my pupil distance and it was in deed off by 2.5mm. Brian at citrus park was rude and either doesn’t know anything about glasses or doesn’t want to be bothered to do his job of taking care of customers.

I had an excellent experience with Jarol at the LensCrafters location in Citrus Park, Tampa. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field and took the time to thoroughly explain my options and answer all of my questions. Jarol was professional, courteous, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. What stood out most was his patience and genuine willingness to make sure I felt comfortable and confident with my choices. There was no pressure—just thoughtful guidance and outstanding customer service. If you visit the LensCrafters in Citrus Park, I highly recommend asking for Jarol. His expertise and professionalism made this one of the best eyewear purchasing experiences I’ve had when purchasing eyewear.

Disappointing service. Had to call 3 times and then they could not find my script. Had to bring the script in to the location to order contacts. No one seemed to know what was going on. It should not be difficult to order contacts after an eye exam. Would not recommend this practice.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
