The cards arr then none refundable so if you spent $300 trying to give someone the gift of new glasses and exams, they will then have to pay out of pocket to be granted access to use the already purchased gift card to buy the glasses that they want. Negating the need to use a "Warby Parker gift card" just buy them a prepaid visa one so they can add it to thier phone instead of this trash trap.

I’ve never had an issue with having to repair my glasses until now. In my 30 plus years of wearing glasses I have never needed to use the replacement part for the lenses or frames. I’m honestly shocked at their policy when it comes to replacing scratched lenses. I called to find out the process and I was told I have to turn in my glasses for them to replace the lenses and that it could take up to 30 days for the replacement to be returned! I don’t have another pair where I can give up the ones I have on now. And 30 days? That’s ludicrous. I’m sorry to say that I won’t be able to support this company again.
