I’ve purchased glasses several times over the years here and have had a great experience every time. We love the styles they offer, the fact that the prices include basic lenses, and most importantly, the people who work here are always amazing.

They don't want to take insurance or accept eye exams from other doctors. They make it impossible to order unless you go through the entire process with them and pay out of pocket rather than insurance. I have been waiting for my glasses to *begin* production for a month and still nothing. Customer service is unhelpful and probably ai. They have asked me the same question 3 times and when i went to contact someone through the website they began asking the same questions. It's maddening. Save your sanity and go somewhere else. Also the styles are barely giving ☕
