We welcome your current prescription, and work with all major health and vision plans including EyeMed, VSP and UnitedHealthcare. Many of our locations are now EyeMed PLUS Providers. Check with your EyeCare Center to see which insurance plans are accepted. Eye exams available at the independent doctor of optometry at or next to Pearle Vision. Doctors in some states are employed by Pearle Vision.

You’d think that level of loyalty would earn at least basic respect. Instead, I was denied trial contact lenses, something every serious optical business provides to loyal customers before committing to a full box purchase. What makes it worse? No accountability. The staff acted like they were doing me a favor just by checking inventory, completely ignoring the fact that I’ve been a paying customer for years. For a company that markets itself as “caring for your eyes,” they sure don’t seem to care about customer relationships or service consistency. Bottom line: Pearle Vision used to stand for quality — now it’s just another chain that forgets who keeps the lights on. I’ll be taking my business to a local optometrist who values customers instead of squeezing every penny out of them. ⭐ 1 out of 5 — purely for proving how fast customer loyalty means nothing to them
