We realized he could not hear at all and since I have bought 3 sets of hearing aids over the last 10 years from Miracle Ear I was thrilled to find out this location was a mile from him. I went into the store and asked for help and right away Wade Schnidler came out and new it was urgent and urgently helped me and changed a few things on the ear piece. He is a super star employee and once things settle down we will go in for an actual check up and the receptionist was excellent very willing to help and find my account. This store employees spectacular!!! Congrats to Miracle Ear corp you have wonderful employees. Thanks again to Wade for saving the day for me.
