I got an email saying my schedule has changed then another time my appointment got canceled. Twice someone has gotten the wrong chart. Only reason I kept going is because of Ashley. Shes great. I had a unfortunate incident with my moms dog and my dog. Truly devastating. I canceled my appointment for the next day. Yes they have a 48 hour notice but under the circumstances I cant believe the lady was going to make me pay the fee. Im never late nor cancel. It was the lady with short brown hair. I forgot her name. I just ended up telling her to cancel everything. I wish they had their old staffing back. They were great. Its a great program and Ashley is great. I cannot believe after I told yall what happened you didnt waive the fee. I miss the old staff so much. Never had any issues until yall switched.
