Jarol was professional, courteous, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. What stood out most was his patience and genuine willingness to make sure I felt comfortable and confident with my choices. There was no pressure—just thoughtful guidance and outstanding customer service. If you visit the LensCrafters in Citrus Park, I highly recommend asking for Jarol. His expertise and professionalism made this one of the best eyewear purchasing experiences I’ve had when purchasing eyewear.

No one seemed to know what was going on. It should not be difficult to order contacts after an eye exam. Would not recommend this practice.
