  Was so excited to workout here, when I lived in Utah Gold’s gyms were common. Not sure what this was, terrible management, leaking ceilings. It gave overpriced and flashy. Additionally, when I decided to end my membership due to relocation, they failed to inform me of the numerous fees that followed. And when I tried to clarify how the process worked I heard multiple “options” while they still charged my card. I couldn’t tell if i was emailing a robot or a human. Liars and scammers.

  Gold’s gym has it all!! Top of the line gym equipment, amazing staff, Music playlist and a great smoothie bar.

  Great gym with solid equipment, especially for the lower body. Clean and inspiring to be around lots of in shape people.

  Tripods, tripods, tripods. Just came on to check reviews and see multiple people complaining about the tripod usage. The management response seems AI generated. The review from Jerred Hoover is from the this afternoon because I saw the same tripod that he posted in a pic. Management response says they have "tightened filming policies" which is not at all true. If there has been a tightening of filming policies then it hasn't been communicated in any way to members or enforced by staff. Also the annoying tripod usage is almost exclusively from men who setup full length tripods in crowded workout areas. Generally like the gym but the excessive filming is annoying.

  If you enjoy navigating around tripods and cameras set up all over the gym floor, this might be the place for you. I had a membership for just over a year, and the sauna was operational for maybe four of those months. The staff often blamed members for “messing with the sensor,” but even budget gyms manage to keep basic amenities functioning consistently. The cold plunge setup is essentially a trash can in a separate room that rarely gets used, which feels more like an afterthought than a legitimate recovery option. The atmosphere can also be hit or miss. Between constant filming, overly aggressive gym behavior, and a social-media-driven vibe, it doesn’t always feel like a focused training environment. The equipment itself is decent, but overall, it’s hard to justify the price for what you actually get.
