Susan and Sheyla were especially helpful — they answered all of our questions with patience and kindness. The doctor and the technician were also very professional and thorough. - RRRFeb 14, 20261.0Wasted time coming here after explaining I’ve been looking for an office who would see me today for eye pain that started last night and was finally able to get an appointment. Went out of my way to come here after confirming they took my insurance and explaining my issue, explained why I was there again in the intake paperwork and was still asked if I was there for glasses or contacts. Explained why I was there once again just find they wouldn’t take my vision insurance because this would be a medical visit and they’re not in network for my medical insurance. Would be helpful if you provide all the needed information from the beginning and not just schedule. Could’ve gone somewhere else in the time I wasted coming here.
