  Club Pilates New Tampa is truly the best. The manager, Lizzy, knows everyone by name and makes a point to make everyone feel comfortable and at home. Before coming here, I was so nervous to take a Pilates class, scared of judgement, or that it would be way too confusing to understand. I was so pleasantly surprised to be met with care, patience, and uplifting classmates of all age ranges and body types! I took a few intro classes at a few other Pilates studios, and I wasn’t sure if I would find the right fit. After taking my intro at Club Pilates New Tampa, I knew I found my new home away from home! I have only been doing Pilates at this specific studio for 4 months now, and I already feel so much stronger, and more relaxed. Pilates is a mental AND physical exercise, and it fundamentally helps you find your breath. Club Pilates NewTampa utilizes the reformer, spring board, and mat to really diversify your practice, and the classes are never identical, keeping it interesting. Where other studios may only have a reformer, Club Pilates has it all, and I could not recommend this studio more. If you’re looking for a sign, look no further! Thank you Lizzy, Keturah, Jackie, Kennedy, + Mackenzie for making this journey so much fun!
