Horrible customer service/ office manager is a nasty person who has no business being in charge of an office that is supposed to help people in pain & they donβt answer their phones or return calls.
DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS π‘

Dr Sierra sucks you know we get to talk to him you never get to see him you always got to see his nurse practitioner which I think in a business like that you should be able to talk to the doctor that does the procedures on your back The only time you see him is when he's doing the procedures on your back and you cannot have a conversation with him why he's doing the procedure on your back therefore and the staff there is very rude very very rude and very disrespectful on the phone and then also I've been a patient for them for over a year and I'm sat in the lobby and stood next to the counter and deliberately hearing them talking about patience about when patients call about their pain medicine they laugh and make fun of everybody because they need pain medicine So if that's the place you want to go you're making a big mistake find somewhere else to go instead of aspire

Dr. Sarria is a good dr however the others in his practice are not. I saw the pa for my second appointment. My insurance isnt going to cover my injections so they made me another appointment 3 days after my denial and the pa orders the same thing knowing my insurance wont cover it. Then completely took me off all my meds. And its not like it was anything crazy.. a muscle relaxor and nerve meds.. I advise anyone to see Dr sarria but stay with him. The pa is a joke. Rude. And invalidate my pain even though my records are there in black and white. Then proceeded to tell me I have a blood clot in my spine which none of my records show. She was an absolute waste of time. So if you can stay seeing Dr. Sarria then do it. Anyone else isnt worth the time. I will be switching after this.

PEOPLE!! Run! And If you're not there yet I beg you not to even bother. This is not the pain management place for you. Don't fall into their trap of lies! Look into your insurance about this bs that you have to see them every month for a refill due to a new policy and according to them it's not their fault. Lies! Lies! Lies! I spoke to my medical pharmacy insurance company and I'm entitled to a 3 month supply and via mail. The new staff is rude and unprofessional. Especially the girl at the front desk with lightened hair that signs you in. She talks to you all slow if you have a question or concern almost like if you were an ignorant 3 year old child. The decor in that place can only be compared to cheap old and run down. No effort is being made to make the place happy and inviting to the patients. Read your after treatment care papers very carefully. A lot of what it says is NOT true and didn't happen. All they want is your money. This place is a huge scam and I hope they get shut down soon. After almost 3 years of going there and dealing with the depressing environment I loved the girls that were there previously at the front desk. That was somewhat of a plus but never looked forward to going into this crazy looking asylum almost psych ward of a place. No effort is being made to redecorate and make the patients comfortable and happy. Clocks don't work, water fountain doesn't work, decor on wall is old or they don't make any sense. Looks like everything was just found in a pile of donations from long ago and hung upnon the wall. Nothing makes sense. A lot of these decor frames etc are crooked to. Very dusty as well in there. Furniture is chipped and tearing/ripping away. As far as treatment goes they don't offer much more for at least myself than epidurals. I keep asking for something more long term and they ignore my wishes. So much more has happthag leaves me with many questions. For example how Dr.Omar just after seeing him for like over a year picked up and left with no explanation whatsoever. I've asked what happened and they just give me I don't know. I asked the doctors same response. But his name is still attached to the paper work and also on Google. And also strange. The prior staff all left at the same time. Very weird if you ask me. And again this new Miss attitude in the front desk. Smh Get with it Aspire. Retrain your staff to be kind and polite. If it weren't for us patients you don't get paid. You lost me without a doubt! I'm minus one but as I'm sure I'm most likely not the only minus one. Not my business though. My suggestion to you is Dr. Molina, Dr.Serria and the new doctor there is If you can't get it together I advise you Aspire to RETIRE! You get huge double negative 0s from me. ππ
