It baffles me that a ethnic staff that are subject to racism, judgemental discrimination, ridicule, profiling, and Injustice still has the audacity to display the same mentality and behavior toward others especially the ones that contribute to their pay.
I have been grossly dismissed and disregarded by not only the scheduling clerks, techs, but, the so-called nurse practitioner. Specifics of the encounters will be written in an article of mine and submitted to outside sources. Why because I feel obliged not to no longer (at this point in my life) suffer in silence. For all concerned. That being said, it is a suffering on ALL parts including the staff members. I literally begged the office scheduling clerks, and the so-called nurse practitioner for help for the most excruciating pain I have ever encountered in my life and I was dismissed and judged they took my blood pressure and it was 165 over 118 due to stress and pain but because they wanted to ASSume my endeavor was something else, AND do by covering up their own WRONGDOING AND UNPROFESSIONALISM I was dismissed and disregarded. Left for Dead! I was at risk of losing my life and they did nothing and showed zero concern. The amount of pigmentation in MY skin does not lessen my value! We are all valid despite our race color gender or culture, to say the least.
This is a shame due to I don't believe Dr Jose Sarria has any idea what has happened, and from my encounters with Dr Sarria the most loving, comforting display of natural affection. So you may thinking "why is this review necessary then?": Because the front office staff members set the tone for the office in its entirety.
I guess their preference is the Spanish INFLUENCED members.
So, I would like to leave some of the members a quote to meditate on throughout their shift and hopefully careers.

Where to Start … for starters don’t expect to go to your appointment and be understood or heard about your level of pain , your symptoms of pain , your personal inability to do daily / regular life tasks. You will be put as fast as you can into the “hurry up and wait” realm. They will tell you that you need to have a procedure conducted/completed. Where you will oblige and wait not weeks but months and months on end.. Where you will be brushed off or told again basically “hurry up and wait” until someone (Melissa) “calls you from our scheduling desk” that you will not receive a call from said person or their practice AT ALL. Unless you call yourself. Allergies of medicine will be ignored by the Nurse Practitioner that oversees all of your pain and all of your monthly appointment (struggles, experiences). You will enter a back office for all of 20-30 minutes (15-20 of which will be WAITING) then the APRN will come into the office with an attitude in which is no reason for coming as a patient for medical help. Then will not ask any questions to help further your treatment plan… the nurses assistant that comes in and does the Pre-appointment questions / paperwork before the APRN comes to see you will ask you for your pain level , your symptoms, etc when you took your last dose of your medication then the APRN will come in and act like you did not just explain it to the nurses assistant on PAPERWORK for that matter.. There is NO emergency line or contact available to reach this practice after hours what so ever. There is a line for the manager whom says on answering machine that she will return your call within 24-48 hours .. surprise .. you will NEVER get that call back. Trying to see the ACTUAL DOCTOR of this practice is harder than any other medical issue or experience I have had in all my years of life. I have NOT received adequate treatment from this practice yet… which I personally do NOT think has to do with the actual DOCTOR because the doctor also does procedures pretty frequently if not constantly. From the accidents and health complications I have had and experienced in the last few years I was really hoping to get decent help from this clinic. Everytime you call , you will be placed on hold anywhere from 5minutes to 25/30 minutes at a time. When you arrive for appointments there will be 3-5 employees at the desk , talking about whatever , on their personal phone devices, or eating.

I want to particularly highlight Ms. Paola Romero, who has repeatedly provided prompt and stellar service. She has gone above and beyond to assist me in every possible way while delivering compassionate, high-quality care.
