  Después de visitar varios doctores sin resultados, por fin encontré al Dr. José Sarria, quien realmente me ayudó. Desde mi primera cita sentí la diferencia. Hoy puedo decir que estoy feliz y, lo más importante, sin dolor. La atención en la clínica fue excelente, todo el personal muy amable y profesional.   Dr. Sarria is great, but it is impossible to speak to his office staff. I have called multiple times, left voicemails, texted them, and somehow they ghost me everywhere. They are unreachable.

  The office staff is rude! They never pick up phones say they will call back and never do. I was shocked how disrespectful they are to patients. The dr allows this to happen. Aurora said she’s the office manager and became defensive and nasty when speaking to her. Nobody deserves to be treated this way! And be warned, they talk about patients behind their back in Spanish, making fun of them, ridiculing them, and saying very nasty things!!

  I highly recommend Dr. Sarria and found the staff at the time to be kind and helpful. In the several years leading up to July 2024 my father Attilio , a 91 year old Veteran, was ending up in the ER 2-3 times a year in excruciating pain in the left side of his face from Trigeminal Neuralgia (TN). He tried many different doctors and medications over the years. By 2024 he was so weak and confused from the nerve medications he could hardly walk and had no quality of life. A neurologist at the VA hospital in Tampa referred dad to Dr. Sarria at Aspire Pain Institute. Dr. Sarria went over everything patiently with us at the first appointment and dad decided to try the treatment: a nerve block then a nerve ablation. Both were completed by mid-July 2024. We weren’t sure if it would work or for how long. Turns out, Dad hasn’t had any more pain in his face since the procedure in 2024 and the ER visits stopped. He was able to slowly come off of all the pain and nerve medications! Dr. Sarria gave my father his life back. Dad will be 93 next month. He can walk again, has energy and a good quality of life. We are forever grateful to Dr. Sarria and the staff at Aspire Pain Institute.
