  Highly recommend. 6 weeks post op and have not made my follow up appointment yet but loving the results. Had Vaser lipo done by Dr. Castor, knowledgeable and highly skilled plastic surgeon. I had some stubborn areas of blubber, flank and lower abdomen despite years of being a gym rat. I really thought I would need a tuck but he reassured me that lipo would be more than sufficient. Staff and Anesthesiologist I must praise. Really put me at ease and calmed my fears for general anesthesia. I did schedule last minute and the accommodated me fully. Swelling and fluid build up for the first 3-5 weeks which really subsided. Mind you I was back in the gym (more hardcore than recommended)on week 2 post op which probably didn’t help. Week 6 I’m really starting to see the results with the accentuation of upper abdomen and upper flank/ back muscle tone. Still some residual edema of flank and lower abdomen but I’m confident it would subside. Skin retracted much more than I thought it would as Dr Castor said it would during my preop appointment. Would do again if I had to. Highly recommend Dr Castor and his team. Top notch.

  I wish I could give 100 stars. Dr Castor and his staff have gone absolutely above and beyond for me. I’ve had many visits to their office and it’s always an outing I look forward to, despite the needles and cannulas! From the wonderful receptionists, to the nurses and anesthesiologists, to dr castor himself.. they care about their patients and treat them like friends/family. We talked about our favorite musicians as I fell asleep for my first surgery with him(bbl +arms). Today was my second.. thigh liposuction under local anesthesia. I was terrified but they made me feel better about it and it was literally no big deal!! Thank you guys so much for everything!! SIDE NOTE, I went to Miami to a sought after dr for my first bbl. Results were subpar and they treat you like nothing more than a number in most of those clinics. Wish I had just gone to Dr Castor the first time, Make your appointment, don’t wait!! ❤️

  What a beautiful staff very professional from the front receptionist to the back staff Very calm And relaxing the Doctor has the best bedside manners...

  I visited 3 surgeons before I met Dr. Castor. I did extensive online research, I looked for the best credentials and Dr. Castor had them all. As soon as I had first consultation with him I knew I am in good hands and my surgery will be successful which it was. I am so pleased with results that I can't imagine it can be any better. He is so professional and has great bedside manners! All his stuff is wonderful including the facility. The whole process went excellent from the beginning till the end. I will recommend him to all my friends who will be looking for a plastic surgeon. I believe he truly deserve the highest rating due to his hard work and excellent skills. Thank you very much!
