  I had an appt this morning for a biopsy with Dr. Sharnel. Before getting started her technician Brianna I think that’s her name, gave me the price since I’m self pay, which was very nice of her. She had to ask the front desk girl Eve about accepting care credit before getting started with the procedure. Eve was very rude & clearly not very bright or a good listener! After me and the tech just told her that we haven’t even gotten started yet, she screamed in my face in front of everyone in the lobby that “I STILL NEED TO PAY” I was so humiliated!! The tech was just making sure I was able to use my care credit account before we got started. Then Eve she said that she was able to find my cc account but she wasn’t able to charge it without the physical card, which was said very loudly as well to where everyone in the lobby could hear and again I was very humiliated!! So I left the appt without getting my biopsy. I did find the physical card when I got home but I will not be rescheduling back with them. That was not a pleasant experience at all. I do want to say thank you to the technician for making sure everything was aligned but I will not be going back.

  The office staff a the front desk were pretty clueless , and annoyed I had questions for them, could not help with any questions, and look rather bothered by my interruption of their personal chatting time.....

  Great experience. Location is easy to get to and comfortable inside. Staff was very nice and welcoming. Good music playing (does that matter for a dermatologist? Maybe not, but I liked it!) I was seen quickly and my questions/concerns were addressed in a way that was reassuring and informative. Felt listened to and properly attended to.

  Dr Bruner is so knowledgeable and so kind. She takes the time to listen to my concerns and addresses all of them. Her medical assistant is so kind as well. Shamita was great today also; very personable and took my concerns seriously. I walked out of the office feeling so grateful for the entire team.
