  Horrible. Took a freckle on my hairline and butchered it into permanent head injury. Run from these monsters.

  My daughter was sent to this office due to her usual provider at another office being unavailable. She was on Accutane, which has a very specific, controlled timeline to receive the medication each month. She was sent to the North Tampa office simply for the required monthly check up, and then her usual provider would send in the Rx the next business day. When we got to this office, we were told we had to switch providers to Rebecca at this office to received the Rx, which we did. When Rebecca came into the office, she stood across the room, and asked my daughter if she was happy with the results of the medication. When my daughter said yes, Rebecca asked her three times if she was sure, then proceeded to tell her about treatments for the acne scars. My daughter left there feeling terribly self conscious about her skin. To top it off, Rebecca never bothered to send the Rx. If I could give Rebecca zero stars, I would. All she did was make my teenage daughter feel embarrassed about her skin and then failed to send the Rx in, which was the entire purpose of the visit.

  Get a referral here. I was seen two days later, and was treated to remove a cyst two days later. Michelle Brown treated me, and it was a 30 minute affair. Highly recommended

  Alonna and Medjine were AMAZING . Super professional, informative, and great personalities. My daughter needed a keloid removed that made her self conscious and they were able to remove it same day . My daughter got her confidence back and has been all smiles . Thank you again Alonna and Medjine !!

  Called to make an appointment on November 19 for my mother and they scheduled for the next day. Got a call back later that day saying they needed to be able to go to lunch so they wanted to change the time of my appointment for the later. When we got to the appointment they told me they put in our insurance wrong and we would’ve needed a referral. So we got turned away at the appointment. Now it’s too late in the day to take my mom to another office. Also work the weekend so now we have to wait until next week. This would’ve been avoided had the front desk put the insurance information in correctly. Clearly they were already unaware of the scheduling process with lunch. Won’t be bringing my mom back to this office.
