  I had a 10:30 am appointment, I was out by 10:40. Quick and easy check-in, MAYBE 5 minutes wait. Denise was super nice! She got me on the 1st poke, which is rare, and I honestly didn't really feel the stick.

  The Lab Tech who drew my blood (Linda) was professional, kind, engaging, and soothing. I didn't even feel compelled to count the vials of blood being drawn! I would recommend this location to my family and friends because of the positive experience I had with the check in process, with Linda, and the team at this location. The entire office and waiting room were a cool, clean, and a truly positive vibe.

  I scheduled an appointment for my husband to drop off samples this morning. While I understand the intent may be to stay organized, it seems unnecessary to require a formal appointment for a simple drop-off. His appointment was scheduled for 9:30 AM, and he arrived early at 9:20 AM. After waiting 20 minutes, he checked with the drop desk since others were being called ahead of him, despite his name being on the board. He was told his name had already been called and that he was not present, which is concerning given that he arrived early and was waiting the entire time. He was then asked to continue waiting and has now been delayed well past his scheduled appointment time for what should be a quick drop-off. This is especially frustrating as he is not feeling well and needs this test completed to better understand his condition. This experience has been very disappointing, and it seems there may be issues with organization and communication at the facility. We will avoid Quest moving forward, which is disappointing being they have always been our preferred lab.

  Had another pleasant bloodwork done here....Donna and Jeremiah were so friendly and pain free..even used extra tape so that I was able to go to the gym as I always do at 7am.......haha.been going to this facility since 2020....perfect location....great people
