We never had glasses before and thought it would be a hassle or some stressful experience, but once we got there we were warmly greeted, even though both opticians had customers in front of them. Mark seemed to realize we needed help and stepped in and offered assistance right away. He made suggestions and explained the process as we went along. You could tell he had a lot experience and liked what he did, and the frames he suggested were tasteful and we eventually went with them. It was an overall pleasant experience and seeing that they accepted our vision insurance, Humana, and he found us great deals and promotions to make our purchase more affordable and with plenty value added. Would definitely recommend. And kudos to Mark.
