  The Quest I regularly go to on the west side of Tallahassee is neat, clean and conveniently located for me — just off I-10. The staff members are expert at taking blood samples and are friendly and efficient.

  They phlebotomist who assisted me was awesome. My orders were not complete and it was near the end of the day. She patiently waited for me to reach out to my physician so that the order could be FAXed. She was so kind to wait for this order rather than bringing me back for another blood draw, She also was extremely courteous and knowledgeable! Thank you for the excellent service!

  The phlebotomist was excellent- I was very nervous but she made feel extremely comfortable and she was very quick, kind and professional. I told her my fear (as someone who HATES getting bloodwork) she did her best to make me feel comfortable & I left smiling and normal.
