  I showed up before my check in time expecting to wait BUT I was only in my seat for a minute before they called my name, it was great. The staff was friendly and when I asked for something they were able to find it for me. I advise anyone to use their app to schedule an appointment so you don't have to wait, it is the best way to have things done there.

  My appointment was cancelled by the computer because I was 10 minutes late. Everything else was perfect.

  Spent 25 minutes waiting just to pick up a kit for my stools. Not even a walk-in, since I was just picking up a kit. I had to leave because I Had to drive my son to college and I told her, but it seems like they are under employed. They should hire more employees and have appointments to pick up kits.

  The nurse kept my id and forgot to give it to me back, someone else took my drug test and she didn’t give her my id. I had to drive back to grab my id.

  I had a great experience at Quest Diagnostics on E. Plaza Dr. in Tallahassee. Jessica was quick, courteous, polite, and very professional. I checked in about 20 minutes early and chose to wait in the car, and they were moving so efficiently that I was called back almost immediately. My appointment was at 11:50 AM, and I was completely done and out at 11:50 on the dot. Jessica played a big part in that, and I really appreciated the excellent service.
