  My great grandkids were brought in for urgent care. The care they received was excellent, however, the process required to check in was arduous and way more difficult than it needed to be! It took me nearly 30 minutes to get both kids checked in. The software used is not user friendly and when I was finally able to get ine child checked in and thought I'd figure it out it did something different when I went to sign in the second child. When someone has sick or injured children, especially young ones, having to sign in instead of just checking in with a receptionist is extremely frustrating and makes the problem worse. I needed to be giving time to my sick children and not pulling my hair out just trying to get them signed in! 1

  So fast and great service! In and out in under 10 minutes and everyone was so nice and helpful! Definitely recommend if you need primary care or a work visit drug test!

  Fantastic staff, couldn't be happier. Very kid friendly but also for adults too if you and your kiddo are sick. Definitely highly recommended

  Walked in at opening time on Sunday morning for a pre-employment drug test and was out the door in less than 30 minutes. Fast, friendly staff.
