  We brought our daughter in for an ear infection over the weekend. It was really bothering her and we did not want to wait until Monday for her to get care. We made the best decision choosing KidsStreet Urgent Care, service was fast and the providers show that they truly care about your kids.

  Almost nobody in the waiting room but still had to wait almost 2 hours for my daughter to be seen. Then spent roughly an hour in the exam room before we were released. We would've left after waiting for an hour, but they trap you there by making you pay first. Staff was nice enough though. They bribe you for 5 star reviews though. I don't love that.

  Fantastic treatment time and time again. Our most recent interaction with the healthcare team was memorable in the fact that they were empathetic, respectful and helpful. We were in and out in no time and on the road to getting our kid healthy and back to her normal self again!

  So this isn’t my first time taking my child to Kids Street Urgent Care. I can honestly say that this urgent care is very clean and the staff is nice and friendly. They have complementary beverages in the waiting room which is thoughtful. And they took care of my child’s need every time I took them.

  My daughter was seen here 10/2024. We actually had a great experience. NP and nurses were kind, thorough, and quick. I received my bill from here which aligned with my EOB from insurance. And paid in 12/2024. In March 2026, I received a $500 bill, from this 10/2024 visit, for a “coding error” and was told my credit card would be automatically charged in four days. I called my insurance who stated they had not received any new filing and I should not be charged for this. I can not get a hold of a human through Main Street/Kid Street. This office no one answers when I call and when I call the billing number I left my phone number to be called back. When I was called back 24hrs later, I never spoke to a human, and was immediately placed on hold for 1hr and then hung up on. So the care is great but the billing customer service is trash. You better pay cash and not use a credit or HSA card or you may receive a fraudulent bill two years later that you can’t get corrected!
