  I’ve requested in writing multiple times since May 2025 for them to cancel my account and stop charging me. They either respond asking for proof of my cancellation or don’t respond at all. They are still charging me monthly and refuse to cancel my account. I haven’t been here in over a year. Do not sign up here, you will regret it. I have to contact my bank now to report them as fraud and to block their charges.

  I would give this place a 0 star review if possible. Corporate is trash and only cares about making money off late fees. They rush and poorly train the new staff so that they fail to mention things like 1 year commitments on basic memberships or know how to properly put in cancel requests. Speaking of staff, there's been about 9 GM's in the last 2 years (that speaks volumes for itself). YouFit knows nothing about how to cultivate a good company culture despite their social media attempts to show otherwise. They terminated their most loyal employees at this location without any notice over "company policy violations" but seem to only pick and choose which employees those policies apply to. The place is filthy and there's always feces coming up the drains and spilling onto the locker room floors. They never bring in an actual certified biohazard team to clean that up. In fact, I heard the locker/bath rooms are closed again today... probably for the same reason. There's mold growing on the walls in the back leg area... and god knows what's under the turf with as many times as it has flooded back there. The equipment is old and rusty, it frequently breaks. Honestly, not worth the money to go there when every other gym in town offers more amenities for the same price. Only thing YouFit has going for it, nobody goes there so it's not crowded and the members are super nice!

  The gym was an overall great experience, very clean and the staff was a 10. Taylor was who I seen upon arrival while Vic left an exceptional impression on me and a smile. Awesome staff guys!

  Referred me to collections despite canceling my membership online and removing my payment info from their portal. I haven’t even scanned into this gym in almost 2 years and they still referred me to a collection agency.

  Good price, pretty good equipment, not too crowded, convenient location. Member for about 3 years now.
