It's all about sales.
The inserts didn't give comfort in daily routine. Eventually opted for surgery on the foot that really hurt.
In 2023 the cost for the arch supports and a couple insoles was $460.
Would have $1500 if had accepted all the package they proposed.
I feel sorry for anyone being scammed by this company. ☹️

Frequently Asked Questions About The Good Feet Store
How are our arch supports different from inserts and insoles I can buy online or in drug stores?
Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.
I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?
Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
Will I be able to take my arch supports home the same day I purchase them?
Yes, for ages 6+. Your local Good Feet Store stocks a full inventory of arch supports. Once you’ve been fitted and have found the supports that work the best for you, you’ll be able to wear your new arch supports home.
How do I get my free fitting?
It’s simple. Just stop by your local Good Feet Store. No appointment is necessary, but if you prefer, you can schedule an appointment at the store near you.
Can I use my HSA or FSA funds to purchase arch supports?
Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA to purchase our arch supports. Arch supports, shoe inserts, insoles, or orthotics are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement
(HRA). However, arch support reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account
(DCFSA). Arch Support Inserts are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA as they are devices placed into your shoes to support the arch of your foot to reduce—or even
eliminate—pain. Important Reminder: FSAs, HSAs, and other listed account types may differ. Be sure to check with your administrator before making a purchase.
How do Good Feet arch supports differ from the inserts and insoles sold online or in drug stores?
Good Feet Arch Supports are specifically designed to provide firm yet flexible support that corrects poor foot biomechanics for long-term pain relief, unlike generic inserts.
Can arch supports help if I already wear good shoes but still have foot pain?
Yes, because often the foot itself causes discomfort rather than the shoe; arch supports stabilize the foot and can minimize or relieve pain related to foot problems.
Can I take my arch supports home on the same day I get fitted?
Yes, the store stocks a full inventory, so once fitted, customers aged 6 and up can take their arch supports home the same day.
How can I get a free fitting at The Good Feet Store?
Simply visit the store; no appointment is required, although you can schedule one online if preferred.
Can I use HSA or FSA funds to purchase arch supports at The Good Feet Store?
Yes, arch supports are eligible for reimbursement through HSA, FSA, or HRA accounts, but not through limited-purpose FSAs or dependent care FSAs. Check with your administrator to confirm.
