The prices were excellent compared to another place I had shopped. The licensed optician, Will, was extremely helpful and a delight to work with. My Red Card got me an additional 5% off at the register. Once everything was totaled, I had a new pair of Armani glasses for $200 less than what I would have paid elsewhere.

It has still been over a MONTH since this office has failed to provide a proper response or resolution to my initial attempt to resolve my malfunctioned contact order. I have followed up of course without assistance or answers. I am extremely disappointed that I am now out of 200$ and an insurance claim that was a total waste, especially during the holiday season. No staff has ever even extended an apology or sympathy in a professional manner to acknowledge this unfortunate service experience. I am at a total loss on how to get through the next year till my insurance renews & I have to yet again, pay for a new exam & contacts that could’ve been easily avoided. Your establishment is concerningly neglectful of customer care & extending genuine services to resolve issues.

I was called on around 4pm (new customer AND was able to be seen SAME day I called for an appointment) and had not eaten anything til that point, I was nauseous and wasn't feeling so good. John was so above and beyond and offered me some snacks because his wife always packs a bit extra for him. They helped my nausea and he lifted my spirits as I'm going through A LOT. The genuine kindness and compassion that day weren't just a one day thing. I returned the next week for my daughter's appointment fresh out of the hospital and feeling worse than the first time. John came to me, asked how I was, showed empathy and real concern for me. He was amazing with my daughter and before saying he will keep me in his prayers for better health, I knew this was genuine. The optometrist, the technician and staff are kind, listen, engage, knowledgeable and professional. I am just sad I didn't find this place years ago. Thank you to all the staff!
