Tim to the rescue! I traveled to Tally from my home (about 7 hours away) and realized on arrival that I had forgotten to bring my spare contact lenses and my glasses. I called and spoke with Tim the next morning - he let me know they could do same-day glasses, he talked me through getting my RX sent over, and promised to get me taken care of -- and he did!! Thank you Tim!! I was able to safely drive back home w a new set of glasses. :)

I went in today to get some help with switching lenses out of frames and the General manager, Gannie, helped me and solved all my problems so easily. Very friendly and helpful service right in the center of town.

Got some new glasses today at Lens Crafters, Elaf and Michael were amazing, they were both extremely kind and helpful throughout the process and answered all of my questions smoothly. I’ve worn glasses or contacts for all of my life and I have never had such amazing help from the testing of my eyes to picking lenses they were phenomenal!

I'm more than a year late posting this. I've been to this location about two times, but each time, I've visited to get my glasses tightened. Each time I've visited, I've had the pleasure of working with Mr. Casey French. He gave me a QR code thing to scan but I've misplaced it at my parents' home. Anyway, he's a very friendly professional. We have had good chats while he fixes my frames. Honestly, I'd probably go more often to get my glasses serviced and whatnot if all employees were as genuine as Mr. French. I give him 10 out of 5 starts and apologize for my more than extended delay in leaving a review. If I could request an employee at this location, I'd more than definitely request him. On top of that, I believe he believed me when I told him I purchased my frames from another location (I did), but I've had many experiences where folks seem a bit uncertain.

Well I avoided the situation for years just honestly dreading the whole process. I went in nervous that I would find the right fit or style for my face but Melissa made that process so much easier. Tim got me all the right extras I needed and I couldn’t be happier. My first pair of glasses are PERFECT! I haven’t seen this clear and crisp in years and I’m so glad I chose LensCrafters for this new experience. Everyone was so welcoming, friendly and super helpful. Thank you so much! I CAN SEE 😍
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
