  I had a wonderful experience during my recent visit to KidsStreet Urgent Care facilities in Tallahassee, FL. I was a last minute walk-in patient with drug screening orders for a newly acquired job. Thanks to the knowledgeable and friendly staff I didn't have to wait long after registration was completed on the customer friendly kiosk in the lobby.   I had a great experience at this urgent care. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive from the moment I walked in. The check-in process was quick, and the medical team took the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything clearly. I felt genuinely cared for and not rushed at all. It’s comforting to know there’s a place like this when you need quick and reliable care. Highly recommend!

  It's an amazing place with excellent care. The nurses are very kind and have a high level of empathy for patients and their companions. They always try to make you feel better, cared for, and valued. You're not just a number; you're a life they know how to care for as if you were part of their family.

  Kids Street in Tallahassee has been the absolute best! My son is Autistic, and we’ve been coming here for our urgent care needs for about two years now. We’ve had the pleasure of meeting Stephanie, and she is truly amazing. Even though the circumstances usually involve him being sick, we genuinely love coming here and seeing her. Her smile, patience, and the care she shows go far beyond expectations. She feels like family to us now. My son is still finding his voice and has limited verbal communication, but Stephanie always finds ways to communicate with him and make him feel comfortable and safe. Today was our first time meeting Ms. Melissa, but it didn’t feel like it. She immediately made my son feel comfortable, and for the first time ever, he was able to communicate to her that his ear hurt something he never does. She even took the time to talk to Charlie (his plushy) Thank you, ladies, for going above and beyond to make my child feel comfortable, understood, and safe every time we come to Kids Street.

  My daughter has been taking her kids here for a good while. NEVER a problem. Staff and nurses are VERY caring and pleasant! But today...... complete nightmare! Whoever this little nurse practitioner woman that works in there, NEEDS TO GO WORK AT MC DONALD'S!! Absolutely NO bedside manner... treated my daughter like trash! Scolded her basically for saying she vapes so refused to do chest X-rays. Hateful attitude. Did absolutely NOTHING for my daughter! Pretty much shamed her for even coming in when she couldn't BREATHE. We will NEVER go back up there and will be telling all our friends and family as well. Until that hateful woman is GONE, they will get no more of our business and that's a shame because other than that PERSON, the place was great. Do better lady! You're supposed to HELP people, not shame them! Shame on YOU. Go work in pathology if you can't treat patients with compassion and respect. I'm LIVID. Not to mention a damn $50 copay for absolutely NOTHING. Could have saved that money for groceries.
