When questioned about the air in eyes and why she didn’t tell me ahead of time, she said people wouldn’t keep their eyes open so she doesn’t tell them. She also didn’t advise if extra charges for tests, I didn’t find out until I went to pay my co pay and it was 4x the price I was expecting to pay. She said my insurance should have told me. How does my insurance know what tests they are going to run. She had ZERO communication with me except move to this machine, move to that machine, etc. The eye dr is virtual because there are not enough optometrists in the world today.
