  The staff are absolutely amazing and I ended up getting a membership because of the welcoming and nonjudgmental environment I experienced time and time again. Love love love!!

  Cancelation is impossible. Do NOT sign up for a membership here or you will be charged forever. They say you can only cancel in person, but if you can't make it during class hours which are random then you will never be able to cancel and they will keep charging you. They will not send a form over email. Horrible.

  I was really excited that they were opening a cyclebar and was quite patient despite constantly get the we will open soon. I waited for six months since and then an opportunity came up for me to move. I contacted them ahead of time. We canceled before they opened and they agreed to refund the money. It's been 10 months and they have still not sent me the funds. They even accidentally charged me a month after I was already canceled for several months. They did a better job of handling that situation, but it does make me nervous how an accident like that could occur. I'm dissapointed all around especially since now they just simply ignore the messages I have sent. When did call to talk about the billing on my account, the person was very rude and just told me to call back. I will say Brooke tried to help early on and I have faith she tried, probably because I'm delusional, but i paid for services I never received because there were constant delays in opening. They should have never started signing people up if they were going to be that off schedule.

  Terrible customer service. For months tried cancelling to which no response was ever met, and then they continue to claim I “never call them”. Wasted hundreds of dollars despite constantly trying to cancel my membership. Just because they can teach a cycling class, doesnt mean they know how to run a business. Stay clear!!
