  Unfair to customers. I asked to cancel my membership 2 months ago and still got billed. I was under the impression that my membership was canceled based on their emails, It’s also challenging to get a hold on the office . I never write bad reviews but I my money was stolen and as a college student this is unfair. I also did not sign a contract, I remember going in and paying for the month but they said I signed one. I would not recommend getting a membership here as they are not understanding and only care about monthly sales

  I call CycleBar - Tallahassee my "Happy Place!" It's 45-minutes of adrenaline, motivation, community and good tunes! The themed rides are also super fun and elevate the cycling experience! The staff/instructors really want you to feel welcomed and encouraged! Your first ride is always FREE! Check them out, you won't regret it!

  Cancelation is impossible. Do NOT sign up for a membership here or you will be charged forever. They say you can only cancel in person, but if you can't make it during class hours which are random then you will never be able to cancel and they will keep charging you. They will not send a form over email. Horrible.

  Loved cyclebar and the instructors but I was charged a few weeks ago for a missed class I attended. They corrected it at the time but now this past week I was charged once more for a "missed class" when I never signed up for any class let alone missed one. I was charged $20. I wanted to stay at cyclebar but between this and the additional $4 charge per class to use cycle shoes I'll be coming back in to cancel afterall. I understand making a mistake but this keeps happening and from a place of this caliber and as expensive as it is it shouldn't be happening more

  Terrible customer service. For months tried cancelling to which no response was ever met, and then they continue to claim I “never call them”. Wasted hundreds of dollars despite constantly trying to cancel my membership. Just because they can teach a cycling class, doesnt mean they know how to run a business. Stay clear!!
