Isabel, the manager is such a wonderful person. She really cares about the members and is so lovely to chat with. I love how the instructors are always educating us on form, how important keeping our core engaged and reminding us to breathe. I feel stronger since I started coming and definitely recommend Pilates to anyone who is wanting to work on strength in a low impact way and mobility, it’s so important as we get older!
