  Start in the gym a couple months ago, friendly staff clean and love group clases, small group and Zumba classes are amazing.

  I am a 70 year old woman and, in addition to using the machines, I've have been training 2 days a week for about 8 months. My goals are for improved strength and general longevity. Everyone here is very friendly and my trainer Aleshka is centered, encouraging, and a pleasure to work with. During these eight months, my strength, balance, and endurance are steadily improving and I highly recommend this gym.

  Every once in a while, a comment is truly necessary to highlight a group of extraordinary people. Especially when there is quite a few working together. I have been a member of the YouFit Gyms Weston Club for the past 8 months and I feel it important to give credit to the staff. I began going after a catastrophic surgery/medical condition which left me almost unable to walk. The manager, Miss Debbie, did something for me that most people nowadays don’t. She put me in touch with the training staff and personally checked on me periodically. Always greeted me by name and was quite authentic in her interest. But care did not end with her. The assistant manager, Liz and the young man Mauricio, who run the front desk, also greets members by name and with a smile. They set the tone for everyone who comes to train. If you’d like help with training, the trainers are exceptional. I have gotten to know most of them. Jayson, Aleschka, Gwen and Aliza always have kind and supportive words for everyone who comes into the training room. And finally, my trainer, Jared, has personally guided me to strength and the ability to walk without a cane. He specializes in post-surgical training and older people, so if you need some direction in the gym, he is the man. The entire Weston team is fantastic and they should be applauded for their interest in helping others. I am a person who has trained most of my life until life happened, but it truly feels fantastic to be back training in a place with so many special people. I highly recommend YouFit Gyms Weston. It feels more “family like” than business.

  I usually take more classes than using the machines. I have been a member it the gym for many years and I have always have had good experiences there.. The staff is great and are very attentive of any needs you may have. Debbie, the manager, is very friendly and very efficient to help any members. The class instructors are very good. Fabi is an excellent, motivated instructor that encourages you every time you workout! She is amazing (Ms.Smile) because she encourages you to enjoy the class with an smile. I am very happy with Youfit Weston!!!!

  Let preface by saying that I have been to many if not all, YouFit facilities in South Florida but the Weston is the total package. Most if not all YouFit locations are outstanding and if love to workout hard YouFit is very motivating but let's talk about YouFit Weston. Not only is it one of the largest it is very well equipped with both weight resistance machines and plate loaded equipment and several cable stations. But the magic happens when you walk in the door. The staff is exceptionally extraordinary. They make you feel so welcomed. The other important factor are the actual members. Because face it, if the staff was unwelcoming and unfriendly. And the members were rude and had no courtesy or gym etiquette, it doesn't matter what kind of equipment, you wouldn't want to train there. But when you have those first two positives and then add in the facility and all the awesome equipment you have the makings of a stellar incredible workout and that's exactly what I have everytime I workout here. If I were to be hyper-crytical, the only downside is that the lockers are on the second floor but there are bathrooms in the gym area on the first floor so its not all bad. I am in awe everytime I train here because I can always get that mind/muscle connection, I mean how can you not. But enough, this is getting too wordy. If I haven't convinced you to come by then do yourself a favor and checkout YouFit in Weston. I can personally guarantee you will not be disappointed and will have a great workout and after all isn't that what we all want in the end... a great workout in a great facility with outstanding personnel. Stay pumped!!!
