- JJJacobJan 1, 20264.0Work out there regularly, years. Today I noticed the liquid in the spray bottles used to clean the equipment are watered down. All of them. That does nothing for cleaning. Tuesday, the correct cleaning fluid was back in the bottles. Thank you.

I followed the instructions given by the gym and was told to email ABC Fitness Customer Care to cancel. When I go to the physical location, they tell me to call customer service. When I call the cancellation number, they tell me to send an email. It has been a constant back-and-forth with no action taken. To make matters worse, when I originally signed up for a membership for my daughter, I was clearly told it would be month-to-month with no contract. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I was placed into a one-year contract without transparency, based on trust and verbal information provided at the time of signup. This experience has been frustrating, time-consuming, and disappointing. Customers deserve clear communication, honesty, and a straightforward cancellation process. Transparency matters, and this situation has shown a serious lack of it. I hope this feedback helps prevent others from going through the same experience

I cannot tell you the night/day difference with the culture, equipment, and especially the staff. I had felt so uncomfortable at the other location especially because of the management there but here, Hercules, AJ, and Tazz have welcomed me with such grace and understanding I had to thank them for switching my experience completely around. I still love YouFit, I understand not everyone is going to match your vibe; but when management is bullying you- you need to find a safe space. And this is mine :) thank you guys!! Can’t wait to be back.
