  My experience was terrible bad. Arnaldo Martinez OD was prescribed me in September 2025 a very low quality brand of contact lenses (acuvue oasys with hiddraclear plus). Within one week, I had to discard 3 lenses because they bothered me they were cracked or torn. In January I went in person to file a complaint, the manager was quite rude, claiming that the return period has already passed. I suggested being prescribed a different brand of contact lenses, but the solution she offered was just giving me a trial lens. I had purchased two boxes which were supposed to last a year, and at that point I no longer have contact lenses. It’s important to note that I had been a customer for more than 3 consecutive years, and I believe the treatment I received was not appropriate. Therefore I will not recommend you to anyone else.

  I received great service.The lady named Ivonne was very kind and helpful. She helped my father and I choose a glass frame that suited us best. 😊

  I used to go somewhere else but decided to try this dr because target had so many options as far as frames. The staff was very friendly and helped me save the most money possible. Finding an appointment was very easy too, they had so much availability. I’m glad I chose to come here.
