Instead, two employees were buried helping other customers buy half the store while the third stood at the register doing nothing. I waited five minutes with no end in sight before putting it back and walking out. Bought a Monster from a vending machine instead. If losing an easy sale in under a minute is worth more than basic customer service, you’ve nailed it.
