My middle name is Catherine so I go by CAT just so those reading this know who this is. I was at the Planation Club Pilates studio and found it to not be the studio for me. Primarily, it had to do with the owners. So I moved to the Sunrise Club Pilates on commercial Boulevard between Nob Hill and Pine Island Road. What a wonderful change this has been for me. I’ve been coming here now about two years and I find it to be incredibly inclusive, professional, and welcoming to everybody. Every instructor treats every participant the same. Every one of us is valued, cared about, and felt important. The population of participants is so diverse, with all ages, races, and religions, and yet we are all the same with the same goal when we are in this studio. Everyone talks to one another! Ana, the front desk manager is superb. I have had the privilege of taking classes from Rina, Dorian, Eugenia, Regina, Spring, Michelle, and Dana. These instructors value each and every one of those of us that participate and make all of us feel like we can do more. Additionally, this studio always does fun events. If you’re interested in doing Pilates and live in the area, I highly recommend Club Pilates Sunrise.I feel so lucky to have found this studio and I’m pleased to say I plan to stay for a long time.
