  This was a wonderful experience! Everything was smooth going, no stress, no long waiting times and the medical personnel were polite, through, and knowledgeable. I hope ALL urgent care facilities observe and learn secrets on how to run a top notch facility like Baptist Hospital’s Urgent Care.💕❤️❤️💕

  The Worse experience of my life! I got escorted by security when I asked for a corrected copy of my chart, which states that I had a fever at the time of the visit, but I did not have a fever, and the provider proceeded to say "no... I am not going to take off..., and she walked out. I also requested a copy of the posted codes for services rendered to me, as I needed to know my financial responsibility before I left the facility. All the staff, including the customer service on the camera with the AI, and the registration supervisor hung up and said to call the 786 number on Monday instead, or access the App. I explained that I am an internationally certified medical billing and coding specialist with knowledge in this area, and that my question needed to be answered, etc. Next, I wasn't properly assisted, and the last staff member I spoke to was Dr. Beatriz Simons Comas. Security came in front of my children, telling me that I was discharged and that if I didn't leave the facility, they were going to call the police. At this point, I am still confused as to why your staff mistreats a truth teller. Please send an itemized bill as of today, 3/30/2026, for the services rendered yesterday at about noon (12:00) on 3/29/2026, because I know that you have to have some "in-house billing that can upload this information to my chart. Baptist Health Urgent Care, Sunrise. You have to do better!!!

  We had a great experience during our recent urgent care visit. From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was quick and efficient, and the front desk staff was welcoming and professional. The facility was very clean and well-organized. The medical team was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. The provider took the time to listen carefully to our concerns, thoroughly explained the diagnosis, and discussed treatment options. Overall, we highly recommend this urgent care center to anyone needing prompt, professional, and compassionate medical attention.

  I had a really good experience at this urgent care. Su was super kind and made me feel comfortable right away. Dr. Alvarez was great too—very easy to talk to and explained everything clearly. Shannon made sure everything was running smoothly, which I really appreciated. Overall, the whole visit felt easy and well organized. Definitely grateful for the received.
