  Hello, I am a client of your studio. I would like to share my experience from today, as I left feeling quite upset and confused. I arrived for my Pilates class and was 6 minutes late. I understand that there is a 5-minute late policy, and I respect the need for structure in classes. However, I was only one minute beyond that limit, and when I arrived, my spot was still empty — the reformer assigned to me was clearly available, yet I was still not allowed to join the class. Because of this, it felt quite surprising that there was no flexibility in this situation. The interaction with the front desk felt very strict and final, without any attempt to accommodate. What made this even more frustrating is that I was still charged for this class, even though I was not allowed to attend. Being both denied access and charged at the same time feels particularly unfair. As a mother of a young child, it is not always easy for me to arrive perfectly on time, and I make a real effort to attend these classes because I currently rely on Pilates to support my back health. That’s why this situation felt especially disappointing — it seemed like a very rigid decision over something that could have been handled with a bit more understanding. At this point, I would like to cancel my membership and request a refund. I would also truly appreciate it if you could reconsider how such situations are handled in the future.

  This place is interesting, It has its moment, such as cancellation and no show fees Even when you have unlimited membership. However, studio is always clean, Location is very convenient. But the instructors is what makes you come back there. Marina and Lizaveta are absolutely best of the best. I can’t figure out which one I love most 🤣👍 Extremely professional and My back stopped hurting - after 2 weeks of practice for good. Highly recommend.
