Dave, Michelle, Shelly are super kind people and very knowledgeable. We have a memory-impaired loved one and the aids are trained in dementia care too, which takes extra skills and patience. Thank you for helping the entire family through these difficult times.

Through the years we have had care through several agencies, but Home Instead excels. David, the owner, came to our home first to meet us, evaluate my husband's needs and made us feel comfortable by outlining what his employees are able (and unable) to provide. His scheduler, Shelly, came to our home a couple of weeks later to talk about what we thought of the service and asked if we have any suggestions for improvement. Every aid has arrived early, are pleasant, helpful and clearly compassionate. We cannot say enough about how wonderful this agency has been for us.
