The receptionist is Sheila and she is extremely personable and knowledgeable. Her understanding of hearing issues and hearing aid products makes her more than a receptionist. I set up the appointment for my brother, Mark, and accompanied him when he got his evaluation by Peter Curlender, the hearing specialist. Peter's professional demeanor and extensive knowledge left no doubt whatsoever that we were in capable hands. It turned out my brother has profound hearing loss but there was no way he could afford the hearing aids. This is when Peter informed us that Mark could possibly qualify for hearing aids through the Miracle Ear Foundation. We had no idea. Yesterday, about four weeks since our first appointment, Mark received his hearing aids. This experience, the people we dealt with, the quality of the product and the generosity of the Miracle Ear Foundation has changed my brother's life in a profound way.
