  Everyone working here is super friendly. The classes are really wonderful. I almost hate giving a good review, because the classes fill up so quickly, it's hard to get the date and time you want.

  I enjoyed meeting with Lisa who showed amazing patience with an 85 year old man with lower back pain and scar tissue from three hernia operations. She tried to explain the Pilates jargon and exercises to a flexibility challenged senior. I am anxious to see how the next 8 sessions that I signed up for help develop my core and reduce my aching back pain. Lisa is good humored and I appreciated her tutorage.

  Excelente experiencia. El estudio está impecable, el ambiente es profesional y motivador, y los instructores explican cada movimiento con precisión. Las clases en reformer realmente marcan la diferencia en fuerza, postura y flexibilidad. Lo recomiendo totalmente.

  I am really enjoying Club Pilates. The instructors are excellent and the equipment allows for an endless variety of challenging workouts. It’s been a welcome change from the routine of strength and cardio workouts I had been doing.

  I took an intro class with Erin this week and enjoyed it so much that I signed up. This was my first experience with Pilates and I loved the setup. The studio is nice, not crowded. The class was informative and tailored enough that it felt private even with other people. I have some issues with my shoulder and hips. Erin checked in with every movement and made sure my form was correct. I’m very excited for my first full class next week.
