    I strongly advise parents of neurodivergent children to avoid the provider Christopher Lippincott, APN. During an ear exam, he was rough enough to make my autistic son bleed. When I pointed out the blood, his only response was, 'That’s weird, he wasn’t bleeding before.' There was no apology, no concern for my son’s distress, and no explanation for how the injury happened. Only after I suggested he had scratched the inside of his ear did he admit to it—again, with no remorse. He has zero bedside manner and failed to speak to my son like a person or explain the procedure. This lack of basic empathy and professional accountability is dangerous. I often visit this location (Starke) with my other three children, and all of the other providers are amazing. However, this particular individual consistently models this type of behavior. I am not someone who typically writes reviews, but the entire interaction was so unsettling that I felt I must warn others for my own peace of mind

    The staff acted very annoyed that we were there. Never laid a finger on my child to do a proper exam and sent us out of there without any kind of care.

    I walked in to get seen for a sore throat, the waiting room was empty. After checking in on a kiosk because there’s nobody there to greet you just instructions on how to use the kiosk, I sat in the waiting room over 30 minutes before getting put in an exam room. My first ick was the financial policy, pay your copay with a card that they’ll save in their system, or pay double what your copay is if you elect to pay cash instead of card. I begrudgingly used my card and very specifically stated I do not want my card information saved but the young lady working me up didn’t have any idea how to stop that. The provider finally came in, said open wide and say AAAHHH, and says ok I’m gonna put you on a very strong antibiotic for 2 weeks. No strep test, no Covid test, no flu test, nothing. Just says I’ll send that to the pharmacy and walks out. I get it’s an urgent care but there should have been some kind of diagnostics done before just prescribing two weeks of a powerful prescription.

    I had a great experience at Main Street Urgent Care in Starke. I was seen by Brandy (MA) and Jessica (provider), and they were both wonderful. The service was fast, respectful, and very professional. They made me feel comfortable and took great care of me. Excellent service all around—highly recommend!

    I wish I could give zero stars, however I went in for a work physical and paid out of pocket for the physical. The office couldn’t find the proper form to complete the work physical for the office, At the time I was told if the work physical form they provided didn’t work, to just come back with the one I needed for my job and the provider there will fill out the form again on the correct form. However I couldn’t use the form at the work place due to the fact that the form this office provides don’t have the patient name info etc on each page. So my work physical got rejected. Went back to explain this matter to them. I basically received a run around about refilling out the correct way. The Medical Assistant there is very rude and unprofessional. Instead of addressing the matter, about my last visit in a closed area she states when I was last seen out in the lobby waiting area with other patients, which It didn’t matter. The fact is it should have not been done. I was there about my physical. I Asked to speak with a supervisor, no luck. Due to her being unprofessional. Proceed to tell me I need blood work for a work physical and I had to correct her to tell her that’s not correct. The form doesn’t state anything about blood work, an To look at the paper work again. She looked at it again in walked off to the back. Then come back with the form I gave to her an stated just fill it out. I told her it’s a way to talk to people. She proceeded to tell me you want this or not if not I’ll throw it in the trash. I wouldn’t recommend anyone looking to get a work form filled out to come here. It’s just a waste of time and money!!!
