My Dr. Was great it's the office staff is y they are getting 2 stars. Maybe come here if you already wear glasses, not if your new to glasses. I have to start wearing glasses and of course don't know much about the different options you can get with lenses and what not. It seemed like they were bothered I was asking about different shade, tint, polarization, and a few others and definitely felt like I was a pain to them. Horrible experience shopping for first time glasses. Spent about 30 mins and prolly would've spent more time looking at options. Was not happy at all with office staff service.
Friendly staff, easy to make appointments. I really appreciated the phone calls and texts when it’s time for am my yearly exam

I’ve been going here for 2 years now and they never disappoint! The team is great along with Aaron being so helpful and assisted me with choosing a cute pair of glasses.

From check in with Winnie; to time with Dr. Schwartz; to picking out glasses with Aaron the entire experience was excellent. The reservation process was easy and I received at least four appointment reminders, which I appreciate. Having moved to the area i could not have picked a place to take care of my eyes! What was even better, my appointment time was 2:00 and I was leaving the office by 2:40 on a Saturday! kudos to the entire team. Highly recommend.
Here’s a polished, clear, and professional version of what you’re trying to say. I kept your tone factual and reasonable, while making the logic easy to follow:
Draft Review
I’m not sure yet how many stars I’ll give, but I want to share my experience so far. I went in to have my prescription reviewed after LensCrafters got it wrong three different times. During the exam, the doctor at Pearle Vision mentioned that the machine she was using was slow, and that if the prescription still wasn’t accurate, they had a better machine in another room and she would redo the full exam there.
To me, that raised a concern: if the machine being used wasn’t the best one available, it doesn’t make sense to order new lenses based on that prescription. If it turns out to be wrong again, that would mean more time, more appointments, and more money wasted.
It seems like it would be more efficient to run the exam on the better machine from the start, before placing any lens order.
I’ll come back and update this review after I have the lenses replaced and see how everything turns out.
