Pamela and Patricia were very helpful. I was indecisive and they were very kind. Thank you ladies. Dr. T was great. The young man who took pictures of my eyes was awesome. Very upbeat and friendly. Thank you everyone.

I needed new prescription sunglasses and needed my current glasses frames adjusted. Patricia (Manager) and Pamela (Associate) were so helpful, knowledgeable and personable. I have been getting almost all of my glasses from this LensCrafters in St. Augustine for at least 12 years, and will continue to do so. Quality and Customer Service are the best!! Thanks Pamela and Patricia!!

Extremely frustrating experience. My wife had to make two trips in the same day because during the first visit we were told that the person wearing the glasses had to be present to handle the exchange. Annoying, but fine — we came back again later that day with her. On the second visit, after already making us return, we were then told that the glasses couldn’t be exchanged in the store at all because they were purchased online and that we had to ship them back through UPS instead. This was never mentioned during the first visit, even though the associate knew they were purchased online. Had we been told that upfront, we could have avoided the second trip entirely. This was a complete waste of time caused by poor communication and lack of knowledge from staff. Very disappointing experience and not what I expect from a company like this. I also expect that the management at this store could have stepped In to resolve. As it turns out management was involved and they wouldn’t do anything to help except taking the retuned glasses to ups, which we could have done had we not been told we could the store could exchange. I have used this company multiple times over the years and it seems like every other time I go into this store it’s a bad experience.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
